A total of 1,740 job order (JO) and contract of service (COS) employees of the Negros Occidental provincial government will each receive P5,000 in gratuity pay today.

Provincial administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz said yesterday that the pay is now being processed.

Diaz also said, aside from the gratuity pay, they will also receive gift packs.

He added that an additional bonus of P40,000 for regular and plantilla casual employees will be released before December 15./DGB, WDJ
