Elections officer Atty. Kathrina Caña, in a radio interview, said this is part of preparations for the barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan elections next year.
Comelec-Bacolod will also hold registrations for the inmates of the Bacolod City District Jail in Barangay Handumanan on December 15 and 16.
They will also hold satellite registrations on Saturday, December 17 in Barangay Estefania.

The voter registration will run until January 31, 2023.
