Outgoing Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6) director, Police Brigadier General John Bulalacao, said he is confident of the performances by Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office director, Police Colonel Romeo Baleros, and Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) officer-in-charge, Police Colonel Henry Biñas.
The PRO-6 official, who recently announced that he would be retiring from the service later this month, said he holds Baleros in “high regard” and trusts him as they previously served together when they were assigned in Cavite.
For Biñas, Bulalacao pointed out his professional background as a lawyer and said, “He does his work legally.”
He added, since Biñas had performed well during a stint as Iloilo City Police Office director, his name immediately came to mind when problems arose at BCPO./DGB, WDJ
