According to Bacolod City Commission on Elections (Comelec) supervisor, Atty. Ann Janette Lamban, there are four electoral candidates in the city that failed to submit their Statement of Contributions and Expenditures (SOCE) before the June 13 deadline.
While she did not name them, she noted they were all unsuccessful in their bids for office.
“All of the winning candidates have filed their SOCE,” Lamban confirmed.
She added, the four will be referred to the Campaign Finance Office in Manila./DGB, WDJ
