A total of 122 newly-hired or promoted Negros Occidental provincial government employees took their oath of office and attended a job orientation recently at the Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City.
Outgoing Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr. addressed the group, calling employment with the provincial government “a great privilege.”
He also encouraged them to cooperate with the incoming administration of Governor-elect Eugenio Jose Lacson.
Lacson also addressed the group, urging them to “do well for the advancement of themselves.”/WDJ
