Suspects claims he has no idea what he was doing

A resident of Purok Sebucao in Bacolod City’s Barangay Banago recently stabbed his two children, aged two and three years old, while under the influence of illegal drugs.
Police have requested anonymity for the suspect and the victims.
Based on information provided by Police Station 3 (PS3), the victims’ mother was cooking when the father arrived and began stabbing the kids.
The victims were rushed to the hospital after sustaining wounds to their necks.
In a radio interview with the suspect, he claimed to have no idea what he was doing but admitted to hurting his two children.
The suspect added, he has not been able to sleep for the past five days.
He is presently detained at PS3./DGB, WDJ
