A suspected high-value drug personality was arrested in a pre-dawn buy-bust operation in Bacolod City’s Barangay 3 yesterday.

Authorities identified the suspect as a 22-year-old female resident of Purok Lubi in the village.

The operation was carried out at 3:13 a.m., resulting in the seizure of approximately 50 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of about P340,000.

Police said the suspect was apprehended after transacting with an undercover operative during the sting operation.

She was classified as a high-value individual on the police anti-drug watchlist, though not listed under the Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council records.

Following the arrest, the suspect was brought to Police Station 2 for documentation and proper disposition.

The confiscated evidence has been turned over for forensic examination./CJ, WDJ
