More than P100,000 worth of suspected illegal drugs was seized from a woman in a buy-bust operation at Barangay Mambulac in Negros Occidental’s Silay City.

Rhodora Castillo, 51 years old, a resident of Zone 1 in the said barangay, was arrested on Thursday, December 29.

Police seized a total of 19 grams of suspected shabu which was valued at P129,200 from Castillo.

Castillo faces a charge of violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
