Facing frustrated homicide charges, a man was arrested through the strength of an arrest warrant at his residence in Barangay Guimbalaon, Silay City, Negros Occidental on Monday afternoon, October 4.

Silay City police identified the suspect as Elmer Latoza.

The suspect is now detained at the Silay City Police Station.

The court recommended a P24,000 bail bond for his temporary liberty./WDJ
