Iloilo City Mayor Jerry P. Treñas said he is currently looking for a potential location to set up government housing sites.
“I already talked with Senator Franklin Drilon and [the] National Housing Authority (NHA) for the proposed establishment of housing units,” he explained. “The plan will be three-to-four stories to maximize space.”
Iloilo City Urban Poor Affairs Office chief Roy Firmeza has since been tasked with the resettlement issue.
