Denver Cuello of Cabatuan, Iloilo made his triumphant return to the boxing ring after four years after recently scoring a second round stoppage win over Indonesian boxer Jack Amisa to claim the Asia Boxing Federation bantamweight title at the Angono Rizal Gymnasium.

“I am just glad to be able to comeback,” he said. “This win shows that I still have it.”

The Ilonggo boxer set the pace in the opening round as he pummeled Amisa with combinations before going for the kill in the second by flooring his opponent with a straight.

Following the win, Cuello now carries a 37-5-6 win-loss-draw record./ASC, WDJ
