A 37-year-old barber was arrested last Sunday following a buy-bust operation in Bacolod City’s Barangay Estefania.

Police identified the arrested as Dindo Cantire, a resident of the said neighborhood.

The operation was conducted by members of the Regional Drug Enforcement Unit-6 (RDEU-6) under the command of Police Captain Mark Dado and Police Colonel Remus Zacharias Canieso.

Cops recovered nine sachets of suspected shabu and the P500 buy-bust money.

The value of the seized illicit substances was estimated at P8,500.

Cantire faces charges for the possession and sale of illegal drugs and is detained at Police Station 4./DGB, WDJ
