The Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office (NOPPO) will be conducting a “minor” reshuffling next week.
During a radio interview yesterday, NOPPO director, Police Senior Superintendent Rodolfo Castil, Jr., said the reshuffling will affect police station heads across the province.
Castil said most of those affected have already completed their two-year term as local police station commanders. He also noted, several police station commanders will also be moved for poor performance in the fight against illegal drugs and criminality.
While the NOPPO chief did not reveal any names, it was confirmed Police Senior Inspector Rey Mola of San Enrique was among those set to be reassigned.
A recent report earlier revealed the crime index in the province reduced by almost 62 percent./DGB, WDJ
