Once the ongoing Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS) at the Bacolod City Government Center comes to a close, which is currently scheduled to end on February 28, Executive Assistant Samuel Montoyo said an inspection team will be deployed to check on commercial establishments across the city.
He pointed out, Barangay 4 will be a priority as it is the only neighborhood in the city to not send representatives to participate in the program.
The executive assistant earlier revealed plans to file a complaint with the Office of the President against Barangay 4 officials on grounds of disobedience.
If the team find a number of businesses in the said neighborhood to be operating without business permits, Montoyo said he will file a case against Barangay 4 Captain Freddie T. Vargas for dereliction of duty.
The inspection team is expected to be comprised of members from the Environment and Natural Resources Office, the Office of the Building Official, the Bureau of Fire Protection, among other departments involved with BOSS./NC, WDJ
