The 5th Victorias Milling Company (VMC) on-the-spot art contest recorded a total 220 submissions from students, ranging from elementary to tertiary level, to compete in the annual competition, scheduled for next week, September 22, in Bacolod City.
Pre-judging took place over the weekend, wherein the selected artists will receive an invitation to the competition from VMC and the VMC Foundation.
The winner receives a cash prize and a computer package for their school, while finalists are offered an opportunity to participate in a mentorship program./WDJ
