A gasoline location was allegedly robbed by a lone gunman at corner Magsaysay-Lacson Street, Barangay Taculing, Bacolod City, yesterday morning.
Police identified the victim as 38-year-old Nilo Buen, a pump boy of the gas station and resident of the said city. Based on an official report released by Police Station 8 (PS8), the gunman arrived in a vehicle past 1 a.m. at the gasoline station.
The lone suspect then proceeded to the gas station’s office, declared a hold-up, and forced the workers to give up the station’s earnings amounting to around P5,000, and a computer monitor.
The suspect then boarded his car again and drove away from the area. PS8 investigators said they have identified but refused to name the suspect as they are still conducting a follow-up operation to arrest him./WDJ
