Suspected drug user nabbed after threatening bystander at Bredco port

A man believed to be high on illegal drugs was arrested by members of Police Station 2 (PS2) after he allegedly threatened a bystander at the Bredco port, Reclamation Area, Bacolod City, late Sunday afternoon.
Police identified the suspect as 35-year-old Rollie Sembrano, a resident of Purok Narra Baybay, Barangay 8 of the said city.
Members of PS2 said Sembrano allegedly spat at 28-year-old Michelle Burgos and threatened to kill her.
PS2 members, led by Senior Police Officer 2 (SPO2) Miguelito Gargue, who were patrolling as part of the increased police presence during Holy Week, arrested Sembrano on the spot after witnessing the incident.
When they searched the suspect, he yielded an improvised drug tooter.
Aside from harassment charges, Sembrano is also facing illegal drugs charges and is detained at PS2./WDJ
