A man with alleged links to illegal drugs was seriously wounded after three unidentified men reportedly hacked him while he was asleep inside his home in Barangay 2, Bacolod City, early Sunday morning.
Police identified the victim as 22-year-old Ricky Pasilan, a resident of the said barangay.
According to Police Station 2 (PS2) commander, Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, the three suspects forcibly entered Pasilan’s home around 3:15 a.m.
Two of the suspects then grabbed Pasilan’s right hand and hacked it several times using a machete, while the other suspect pointed an unknown caliber of firearm at his family.
Villarias explained, based on their investigation, Pasilan allegedly stole one sachet of suspected shabu from the suspects.
