Bacolod City-native and member of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Junior Basketball “Mythical Five” Samjosef Belangel, of Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU), earned a spot in the SM National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) High School All-Star tryouts and mini-tournament, set to be hosted by San Beda College.
He was voted as an assistant leader in the tournament and is among the 70 to take part in the program aimed at developing skills, building character, and raising leaders.
The program culminates with the NBTC High School All-Star game on March 16 at the SM Mall of Asia Arena./WDJ
