Four alleged drug suspects were arrested following a buy-bust operation inside a slaughterhouse at Barangay Zone 1 in Negros Occidental’s Talisay City late Sunday afternoon, November 5.

Police identified the arrested as Michael Mazon, Alfredo Obosa, Stephen dela Cruz, and Joemarie Lomboson Jr., all residents of the said place.

Based on information provided by Talisay police, Mazon, identified as a high-value individual, was the primary target of the operation.

The three others were street-level drug personalities.

Police recovered 29 sachets of suspected shabu, with a combined weight of 68 grams and valued at P462,400.

The operatives also confiscated a loaded .45 caliber pistol and drug paraphernalia.

They are facing multiple criminal charges and are presently detained at the city police station./DGB, WDJ
