A man, wanted for 22 years, was arrested in Bacolod City’s Barangay Pahanocoy on Thursday night, November 10.

Police identified the arrested as 43-year-old Richard Dela Cruz, a resident of Purok Seaside in the said barangay.

Based on the information released by the Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO), Dela Cruz has a pending arrest warrant for the crime of rape.

The warrant was issued by the Regional Trial Court Branch 66 in Iloilo province’s Barotac Viejo town, with no bail recommended.

The BCPO reports that Dela Cruz is ranked No. 10 in the Most Wanted Person list at the provincial level.
