Around 55 grams of suspected shabu valued at around P374,000 were seized from a “high-value” drug suspect during a buy-bust operation at Luzuriaga Street, Barangay 12, Bacolod City on September 10.

Operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency 6 Special Enforcement Team arrested Kim Khubchand who also yielded buy-bust money, mobile phone and motorcycle.

The suspect will face charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
