A 25-year-old lending collector died in a vehicular accident in Barangay Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental on Tuesday night, June 15.

Rodemar Dayanan, a resident of the village’s Sitio Nabataan, was brought to the San Carlos City Hospital but was pronounced dead-on-arrival by the attending physician.

According to the San Carlos City police, the victim was onboard his motorcycle when he was hit by the Toyota Innova driven by Indian national Sukhjit Singh Sidhu, 32, running the opposite direction.

The Indian national, who sustained minor injury, is now detained at the San Carlos City Police Station./WDJ
