Facing qualified theft charges, a 49-year-old man was arrested around 10:20 a.m. yesterday at Bliss Street, Barangay 1 in Negros Occidental’s La Carlota City.

Rodolfo Gan was nabbed by joint elements of the La Carlota City Police Station and 2nd Negros Occidental Police Mobile Force Company through the strength of an arrest warrant for the crime of qualified theft with criminal case no. 4420 issued by Judge Anita Guanzon-Chua of the Regional Trial Court – Branch 63 in La Carlota City dated April 16, 2015.

Police report revealed that the case was filed sometime in 2013 by the private company where Gan was employed.

The suspect was detained at the La Carlota City Police Station.

No bail bond was recommended for his temporary liberty./WDJ
