Two suspected drug offenders were arrested at St. Martin Subdivision in Victorias City’s Barangay 21 Thursday afternoon, January 7.

Authorities identified the suspect as 28-year-old Marlon Mendoza of the said village and 38-year-old Albert Tabaosares of EB Magalona town.

Police officers confiscated seven heat-sealed sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P4,800; P1,000 buy-bust money; P744 cash believed to be proceeds of illegal drugs; and a motorcycle.

The suspects are now facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./WDJ
