A woman lost her phone to a snatcher aboard a motorcycle on Saturday in Barangay Inday, located in Iloilo City’s City Proper district. Authorities identified the victim as 24-year-old Roselyn Ato of San Rafael’s Barangay Poblacion.
She told police, around 8:25 p.m., she was aboard a jeepney when the suspect, who was reportedly wearing a helmet and black shirt, stopped beside the vehicle. He then snatched the phone and fled towards the Mandurriao district.
