The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) conducted their 2019 Special Training for Employment Program in La Castellana yesterday, which saw around 190 beneficiaries in a variety of curricula including electronics, welding, automotive, cookery, hilot, carpentry, and bread and pastry production.
“I have worked hard, as your congresswoman, to provide opportunities,” said Negros Occidental fifth district Rep. Marilou Arroyo, who organized the event. “I can bring better programs and projects here, to our district.”
“I know, from my heart, how talented and hardworking you are,” she said to the participants.
