At least P25,000 worth of shabu was seized late Wednesday afternoon following a buy-bust operation in Bacolod City’s Barangay 4. Police identified the arrested suspect as Roel ‘Kulot’ Lapuapoy, a newly-identified drug suspect and resident of the city’s Barangay Handumanan.
Police Station 5 (PS5) commander, Police Captain John Christopher Masangkay, said they arrested Lapuapoy after he sold one sachet of suspected shabu in exchange for P300 to an undercover cop.
A search yielded a total of four sachets of suspected shabu, drug paraphernalia, and the P300 marked-money used in the operation.
Lapuapoy faces illegal drugs charges and is detained at PS5./DGB, WDJ
