A P246,285 project by the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project is expected to benefit 89 households in Cabatuan’s Barangay Tinio-an.
Iloilo Governor-elect Arthur Defensor, Jr., who stood in for his father, outgoing Iloilo Governor Arthur Defensor, Sr., led the inauguration ceremony last week.
Newly-appointed members of the Barangay Tinio-an Water System Association also took to their oath of office.
In his address, Defensor said, “The easiest part of a water system is building it; the hardest part is maintaining it.”/WDJ
