Cherry Rondina and Ejiya Laure of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) women’s volleyball team are each expected to be recognized by the UAAP.
Rondina is reportedly the runaway winner for Most Valuable Player, beating out Laure and Kat Tolentino of Ateneo de Manila University (AdMU).
Meanwhile, Laure beat out De La Salle University’s Jolina Dela Cruz; and National University’s Princess Robles, Ivy Lacsina, and Jennifer Nierva.
UST is currently battling AdMU in the best-of-three championship series./ASC, WDJ
