The Asia Pacific Network for International Education and Values Education-Philippines (APNIEVE-Philippines), an affiliate of the United Nations Educational, Social, and Cultural Organization, or UNESCO, will be holding its national convention at La Consolacion College-Bacolod. The event begins today, April 24, and runs until Friday, April 26.

Among those expected to attend include basic education teachers, guidance counselors, and administrators from various schools across the country.

According to the organization’s website, APNIEVE-Philippines seeks to prepare teaching-learning materials, along with training administrators and teachers on holistic approaches to education and the integration of values across curriculum./WDJ
