DOT-6 sets up information desks across the region
In anticipation of an influx of visitors to the region for the ongoing Holy Week observance, the Department of Tourism-Region VI (DOT-6) has set up information and assistance desks at various locations across the region.
“DOT-6 is expecting [an] influx of tourists during the Lenten season,” explained DOT-6 director, Atty. Helen J. Catalbas. “That is why we are also in full force to provide assistance.”
Desks have been set up at various ports, including the Ortiz and Parola Wharfs in Iloilo City, Caticlan Jetty Port in Malay, and the Jordan and Buenavista Wharfs in Guimaras; airports such as Iloilo International Airport, Kalibo International Airport, and Bacolod-Silay Airport; along with the Antique Provincial Capitol; and the Agtalin Shrine and Our Lady of Lourdes Shrine, both in Capiz./WDJ
