Go for Gold beats Che’Lu in the PBA D-League

The Go for Gold Scratchers-Benilde Blazers cruised to a second straight win in the 2019 PBA D-League after their recent 101-92 victory over Che’Lu Bar and Grill Revellers at the JCSGO Gym in Cubao, Quezon City.

The Scratchers drew strength from Roosevelt Adams and Justin Gutang.

Adams scored a double-double with 22 points and 12 rebounds; Gutang chipped in 20 points, four assists, three boards, and two steals; Clement Leutcheu nearly claimed a double-double with 15 points and nine rebounds; Iloilo-born Yankie Haruna added 15 points, eight boards, and four assists; while Unique Naboa had 11 points.

Adams and Gutang combined on a huge 14-0 run between the final two frames, turning a 63-59 deficit into a 73-63 lead, with the Scratchers scoring 37 points in the fourth period.
