Operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Region 6 (PDEA-6) and San Carlos City Police Station recently dismantled a suspected drug dean located at Zone 6, located in San Juan Baybay in the city’s Barangay 6.

Anti-drug operatives identified the arrested suspects as Jose Owen Marabe Palabrica, Roberto Sayson Molmorida, Amado Marabe Palabrica, Reah Fernandez Bartulin, Edrico Dignos Frasco, Jr., and Ronnel Carbonilla Laspobres.

Information forwarded by PDEA-6 identified Jose Owen as the drug den’s alleged maintainer as well as a drug dealer.

Authorities seized three sachets of suspected shabu weighing 20 grams and valued at P136,000.

The suspects will face charges in violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./DGB, WDJ
