Kaya FC meets Indonesian opponents today

Kaya FC-Iloilo will be seeking an outright lead in Group H when they face PSM Makassar of Indonesia’s Liga 1 this afternoon in the 2019 AFC Cup group stage at the Pakansari Stadium in Indonesia. The two are currently atop the group, tied on four points.

“We [prepared] everything needed for our game,” said Kaya FC head coach Noel Marcaida. “I think we’ll be having a big challenge moving forward.”

Making up the Iloilo City side include new recruits Louis Michael Casas, Tyler Matas, Darryl Roberts, Yannick Tuazon, and Simone Rota; Negrenses Camelo Tacusalme, Jayson Panhay, Jalsor Soriano, Janrick Soriano, and Arnie Pasinabo; and Ilonggos Jovin Bedic and Shirmar Felongco.

In their last AFC Cup match, Kaya FC thrashed Singapore’s Home United, 5-0./ASC, WDJ
