House of Representatives Speaker Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo visited the business process outsourcing project in Bacolod City that was established during her term as president on late Sunday evening.

Arroyo – during her visit at the Teleperformance-Bacolod – said she wanted to check the development of the BPO industry in the city, noting it is one of the programs that her administration is “proudest” of.

She added that the BPO office now has “really” developed compared to when she made a visit in 2010.

Arroyo also lauded Teleperformance-Bacolod for its ability to “retain talent,” seen by having seasoned employees who now hold high positions.

Earlier this year, Arroyo also visited the Bacolod-Silay Airport and the roll-on, roll-off ferry projects that were also established during her administration./DGB, WDJ
