Following their recent 2-1 win over the University of the Philippines (UP) at the Far Eastern University-Diliman (FEU-Diliman) pitch, FEU currently sits atop the UAAP Season 81 men’s football standings.

Barotac Nuevo native Anthony Decena opened scoring for FEU with an early conversion in the second minute. However, the second goal did not come until the 83rd minute, when Jermi Darapan doubled the score for FEU.

UP’s goal, meanwhile, came in the form of an FEU own goal from Kim Minsu.

In other matches, the University of Santo Tomas defeated the University of the East, 3-2; while Ateneo de Manila University blanked Adamson University, 4-0./ASC, WDJ
