The annual Bible Week observance, which takes place during the last week of January, opened yesterday and is expected to run until Friday, February 1.

The Bacolod City Government Center (BCGC) hosted the opening ceremony, where the Bacolod City chapter of Gideons International in the Philippines distributed Bibles to all BCGC offices.

A poster-making contest is scheduled to take place today at the Bacolod City Public Library and a Bible Drill and Bible Quiz will be held at the BCGC MassKara Hall tomorrow./WDJ
