A drug personality who previously surrendered under “Oplan: Tokhang” was arrested Wednesday night, along with another individual, following a buy-bust operation Barangay Aguisan, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental.

Police identified the arrested as 28-year-old Kristian Paul Castillo and 32-year-old Leo Roldan.

Based on information provided by the Himamaylan City Police Station, Castillo was tagged as a Level 1 high-value drug target and had previously surrendered to law enforcement.

Police recovered two small and one big sachet of suspected shabu from Castillo, while the two small sachets of suspected shabu were seized from Roldan.

Cops also recovered drug paraphernalia in the area where the two were arrested.

Both face illegal drugs charges and are presently detained at the Himamaylan City Police Station./DGB, WDJ
