CSAV meets STI-WNU in the finals

Colegio de Sta. Ana de Victorias (CSAV) will be defending their Negros Occidental Private Schools Sports, Cultural and Educational Association (NOPSSCEA) men’s basketball title against STI-West Negros University (STI-WNU). Game 1 of the Best-of-3 series will take place today at the Victorias City Coliseum beginning at 2:30 p.m.

In last Monday’s semifinals, CSVA defeated the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos (UNO-R), 82-56; while STI-WNU beat La Consolacion College-Bacolod (LCC), 84-75.

Tournament Commissioner Anthony Carlo Agustin revealed the consolation game between UNO-R and LCC will take place tomorrow at the STI-WNU gym starting at 2:30 p.m., while Game 2 of the finals is scheduled for Friday at 4:00 p.m./JSG, WDJ
