The Courtyard by Marriott Iloilo recently began their holiday festivities with a grand Christmas lighting ceremony in the hotel lobby, which is dressed up in gold, copper, and crimson red to tell a story about the journey home, complete with globes, compasses, and vintage bags on display.
“It’s time to come back home and celebrate the holidays with nobody else but the family,” said General Manager Cleofe Albiso.
The event featured Christmas carols sung by the Sta. Maria Parish Grand Choir and acoustic duo Glynis and Anton, along with a ballet performance by Sf School of Dance students.
Guests were welcomed by Sales Manager Gail Bangeles, while Operations Director Maia Israel informed visitors of hotel promotions.
The official switch-on was led by Iloilo City Mayor Jose Espinosa III./WDJ
