A woman lost a total P11,600 in cash after they were pickpocketed Wednesday afternoon along Gatuslao Street in the downtown area of Bacolod City.
Police identified the victim as 22-year-old Jhae Star Villanueva, a resident of Bangga Cory in the city’s Barangay Taculing.
Based on a report by Police Station 1 (PS1), Villanueva was walking in front of a well-known mall when she noticed her shoulder bag was open.
Upon inspection, she discovered her wallet containing P11,600 cash was gone, prompting her to visit PS1 to report the incident./DGB, WDJ
