BTTHS leaves for national finals

The Bacolod Tay Tung High School (BTTHS) volleyball team will be leaving for Manila today to compete in the 2018 Rebisco Volleyball League national finals, scheduled to take place from November 17 to 23 at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

BTTHS is drawn in Pool B with Holy Rosary College, Leyte National High School, St. Alexius, Sarawak Under 18, and Z-Air Maori-New Zealand.

Suiting for the Bacolod City school include setters Katherine Shaine Cortez and Rhean Hebraica Almendralejo; attackers Shane Carmona, Dya Hanica Mejos, Kyrzten Annikha Cabasac, Alyssa Bertolano, and Erika Jin Deloria; blockers Aurea Claudette Alvero, Joan Marie Monares, and Kiesha Dazzie Bedonia; and liberos Jeanny Padilla and Kathleen Kate Tan.

Meanwhile, Pool A consists of Cagayan de Oro National High School, Hawaii Under 18, Holy Family Academy, King’s Montessori School, University of Mindanao-Tagum, and University of San Jose–Recoletos./JSG, WDJ
