Ford Philippines will be bringing their Ford Island Conquest to SM City Bacolod, starting tomorrow, November 16, until November 18.
“We’re happy to bring our Ford Island Conquest this year after a successful run last year,” said Ford Philippines Associate Vice President for Communications EJ Francisco. “We’re also excited to conduct the Driving Skills for Life (DSFL) program for the first time here in Bacolod to build a bigger community of safe drivers and road safety advocates around the country.”
During Ford Island Conquest, prospective customers can check out and test drive the Ranger Raptor, Ranger, EcoSport, and Everest models.
In addition, over P1.2 million worth of cash prizes will be given away to customers who reserve a vehicle during the three-day event.
Meanwhile, the DSFL program will take place today at the SMX Convention Center, where over 200 private and public utility vehicle drivers, traffic enforcers, road safety advocates, and student drivers are expected to attend.
The program is a combination of classroom training with modules on vehicle handling, driving in special conditions, anti-distracted driving, and fuel-efficient driving, as well as a hands-on driving simulation that allows participating drivers to apply what they learned./DGB, WDJ
