The two Western Visayas cities are competing against Quezon City, Caloocan City, Pasig City, Muntinlupa City, Parañaque City, Malabon City, Zamboanga City, Tacloban City, General Santos City, Cagayan de Oro City, and Mandaue City.
Bacolod City was named in the top three least year.
Meanwhile, PCCI also recognized Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia following a “Question and Answer” session conducted in relation to the award.
“It is always exciting and stimulating when you face off with the panel of successful businessmen and respected personalities,” he said. “This experience provides us an effective vehicle to promote the prevailing healthy business environment that could serve as magnet to investments.”/DGB, WDJ
