Deed signed for port, infrastructure projects in Sipalay City

With the Negros Occidental Provincial Board earlier approving a donation of land in Barangay Nabulao, Sipalay City from the Huerva family to the Negros Occidental provincial government, the deed of donation was formally signed earlier this week by Negros Occidental Governor Alfredo Marañon, Jr. and Captain Rodolfo Villajuan of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).

A public road, along with PCG port and infrastructure projects, are expected to be built on the donated lots, which measure 14,045 square meter (m²) and 1,252 m².

Additional improvements to the local area are also expected./WDJ
