Police identified the suspect as 28-year-old Melvin Pancho.

Silay City police chief, Police Superintendent Noel Polines, said they served a search warrant, issued by Judge Ana Celeste Bernad of the Silay City Regional Trial Court-Branch 69, on alleged possession of illegal drugs charges.
