Ceres-Negros FC hosts the first of two back-to-back Philippines Football League matches against Stallion Laguna FC tonight at the Panaad Park and Stadium, beginning at 7:00 p.m.

The Negrense club hopes to bounce back from their 2-0 loss to JPV Marikina FC over the weekend, while Stallion Laguna looks to keep their momentum going following their 4-0 win over Global Cebu FC last week.

In their previous meetings last month, Ceres took both matches, winning 3-2 and 6-2.

Ceres, however, faces a challenge at goal with keeper Toni Doblas still recovering from injury and backup goalie Louie Casas suspended after picking up a red card in their previous match, the club will have to depend on Eduard Sacapaño, who was substituted in after Casas was ejected./JSG, WDJ
