Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) director, Police Senior Superintendent Francisco Ebreo, yesterday revealed several city police station commanders have been reshuffled, along with outgoing Police Station 2 (PS2) commander, Police Chief Inspector Benedicto Villarias, being placed on non-duty, or floating, status.
According to Ebreo, Villarias is scheduled to retire in September and placing him under such status would give him more time to accomplish his retirement papers. He will be replaced by PS1 commander, Police Senior Inspector Leo Estopa.
Estopa will be replaced by Police Senior Inspector Marc Joeil Reclamado.
Among other reassignments, PS4 commander, Police Chief Inspector Ritchie Gohee, will be the new BCPO headquarters camp commander. He will be replaced by recently-appointed PS5 commander, Police Senior Inspector John Adrian Real. Real, meanwhile, will be replaced at PS5 by Police Senior Inspector Carmelo Nermal.
In addition, PS9 commander, Police Senior Inspector Elmer Bonilla, will be replaced by Police Senior Inspector John Christopher Masangkay./DGB, WDJ
