A newly-identified street-level drug target, along with two others, were arrested yesterday morning in a buy-bust operation conducted by Police Station 3 (PS3) at Purok Paraiso, Sitio Sibucao in Barangay Banago, Bacolod City.

Police identified the target of the operation as 31-year-old Hazel Poja Gomez, a resident of the said barangay.

Also arrested were 27-year-old Stephen Diamante Villarosa and 31-year-old Gino Tarog Mendoza.

PS3 commander, Police Senior Inspector Jun Ray Batadlan, said Gomez, Villarosa and Mendoza were arrested after the target handed one sachet of suspected shabu worth P500 to an undercover cop.

A search of the three suspects yielded P10,000 worth of suspected shabu and drug paraphernalia.

The three face drug-related charges and are presently detained at PS3./DGB, WDJ
